Returns and support

Custom hardware gets real support.

GhostCalc units are small-batch electronics, so returns are handled around build status, hardware condition, and troubleshooting instead of a generic shelf return process.

Before shipment

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact GhostCalc as quickly as possible. If the build has not started and the order has not shipped, GhostCalc will try to accommodate the change.

Once a custom build, modification, or shipment is already in progress, options may be limited.

After delivery

Because GhostCalc products are custom electronics, completed orders are not handled like ordinary off-the-shelf returns. If something is wrong, contact support first so the issue can be diagnosed.

  • Hardware defects may qualify for repair or exchange.
  • Damage from misuse, liquid exposure, drops, opening the unit, or unsupported modification may not be covered.
  • Software, setup, and firmware questions are usually handled through troubleshooting.

Warranty and exchanges

GhostCalc includes a 1-year hardware warranty unless a product page says otherwise. Warranty support may require photos, troubleshooting steps, shipping the unit back, or confirming order details.

If an exchange is approved, GhostCalc will explain the shipping steps before you send anything in.
