These terms cover GhostCalc purchases, Modify Mine mail-in orders, build timing, support, warranty, and responsible use.
GhostCalc offers direct builds where GhostCalc supplies the calculator, and Modify Mine builds where you mail in your own compatible TI-84 Plus. Modify Mine reduces the product price by $50 because you provide the calculator hardware.
DIY PCB Board orders are board packages and do not include a Modify Mine option.
If you choose Modify Mine, you are responsible for sending a compatible calculator in working condition to the posted mail-in address. Include your checkout email or order number inside the package so the calculator can be matched to your order.
Read the Shipping Instructions before mailing anything. Return shipping back to the checkout address is included after installation and bench testing unless GhostCalc support gives different written instructions for your order.
Standard builds usually take 5-7 business days before carrier transit. Modify Mine timing starts after your calculator arrives and is inspected. 5MP preorders follow the stated preorder batch timing.
Carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, and lost inbound shipments can affect timing. Keep your tracking number until GhostCalc confirms receipt.
GhostCalc includes a 1-year hardware warranty unless a product page says otherwise. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage from drops, liquid, misuse, unsupported modification, opening the unit, or shipping damage on the way to GhostCalc.
GhostCalc is not affiliated with Texas Instruments, OpenAI, or any school or testing organization.
You are responsible for following the rules of your school, workplace, testing environment, or any other place where you use GhostCalc. Do not use GhostCalc in a way that breaks applicable rules, laws, platform terms, or safety expectations.
Because GhostCalc builds are custom hardware, refunds and changes are handled case by case. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support as quickly as possible before the build or shipment begins.
GhostCalc may update product details, pricing, checkout flows, policies, and these terms as the product changes.
